Information you provide directly. When you use the enquiry form on our Contact page, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the message you submit.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, including pages visited, approximate location at a city or country level (derived from IP address), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through cookies, described below.
We do not run a newsletter or marketing email list, so we do not collect data for that purpose.
How we use this information
- To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
- To understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve its content and navigation.
- We do not use the information you submit for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to any third party.

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site usage, which sets first-party cookies such as _ga and a session cookie. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.

- Formspree. Our enquiry form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, so that enquiry submissions reach us reliably.

Confidentiality of client engagements
Beyond this website, when you engage Axium for a valuation assignment, we may receive detailed financial records, business information, or other confidential material as part of that engagement.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed wherever a client requires one. Regardless of whether an NDA is in place, Axium does not share client data with any third party.

We retain the information submitted through this website only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for legitimate business record-keeping. You may request that it be deleted at any time, see Your rights, below.
Your rights over your data
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, and to raise a grievance about how it has been handled. Contact our grievance officer at admin@axium.co.in.
Children's privacy. This website and our services are intended for business and professional use. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
